2009年4月

惠州領先精密科技有限公司成立，注冊資本金2000萬港幣。
2010年1月

順利通過ISO9001認證，并開始為多家世界500強企業供應精密金屬、膠類零件。
2011年1月

注冊自有品牌“LEADWAY"，涉足新能源行業，從零件加工轉型升級為關建工業部件------連接器的制造。
2012年9月

在惠州商業中心------曼哈頓廣場成立設計開發中心，開始了從“領先制造”到”領先創造”的長遠轉變。
2013年2月

首款具有自主知識產權的新能源汽車用的高壓連接器開發成功上市。
